Cinnamon Bun Protein Balls

1 cup old fashioned oat (large flake)
1 cup old fashioned oats, ground
3/4 cup unsweetened coconut
4 scoops undenatured vanilla protein powder (we love Isagenix Isapro)
3 tsps cinnamon
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
¼ cup organic coconut oil, melted
Protein Frosting
1/8 cup undenatured vanilla whey protein
1/8 cup 0% Greek yogurt
1 tbsp pure maple syrup
Mix all ball ingredients together in large bowl. Form into balls and place on parchment lined cookie sheet.
In a small bowl, mix the frosting ingredients together until smooth.
Dip each ball in frosting and lightly dust with cinnamon
Place in freezer for about 20 mins before eating. Store in airtight container in freezer!
