HRM Hearty Healthy Breakfast Cookies

Makes 20

 

Ingredients:

2 cups old fashioned oats, lightly processed in blender

2 scoops vanilla Isapro protein powder

¾ tsp sea salt

2 tsp cinnamon

1 cup almond butter

¼ cup pure maple syrup

¼ cup apple butter

1 banana

1/3 cup organic dried cranberries

1/3 cup raw shelled pumpkin seeds

¼ cup ground flaxseeds

 

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.  I use a silicone baking mat on my cookie sheets to save mess!

 

Add ALL ingredients into bowl and mix until they are fully combined.   

 

Drop large spoonfuls onto baking mat and press down the top to desired thickness ~ they will not spread while baking.

 

Bake for 15-20 mins or until lightly browned on edges.  Allow to cool and then keep in airtight container.  I kept half out, and put the other half in the freezer (so I wouldn’t eat them all!!!)
