Super easy to make and keep in the refrigerator and endless flavour possibilities.  These will keep in the fridge for about 5 days, so you can easily make them at the beginning of the week to have when you need them.  Results are best using large flake oats, not quick oats, as quick oats soften a little too much.

Ingredients

1/3 Cup Large Flake oats

1 tsp Chia seeds

1 Scoop (1/4 Cup) Protein powder  (Any flavour you like)

1/3 Cup Unsweetened Almond milk

3 Tbsp Plain Greek yogurt

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a mason jar and let sit in fridge overnight or up to 5 days.
